Appearance: Cinccino ears, wrapped scarf, long white hair
Personality: She is very sweet, but that makes her more likely to be hurt. She is not that serious about battling, but likes a fun battle once in a while. She likes to make the most of not-fully-evolved Pokemon that she considers better-looking than their evolutions.
History: Before she was a Pokemorph, Cecelia loved training her Pokemon sweetly, including a Cinccino who she kept outside of her Pokeball. She liked pretty Pokemon, but not strong ones. Cecelia wanted to change her looks entirely, looking like a different person all together. She went to the Look Changing Lab, but Cinccino stepped in, and she became a Pokemorph.

Well, to start out, your appearance needs to be longer, personality could be a few lines longer, and history could be another 2 paragraphs. And you don't start out with any Pokemon..
