This small, but inhabited town is where many Volbeat and Illumise gather at night, and fly away into the moon. Though, not just at night do you see these sneaky Pokemon, but you also see them sneaking into houses when no one is home, stealing food, and flying back to where they came from.

Be careful, if you have food on you, and you pass by Volbeat and Illumise's home, they will come and steal from you.
